The Centre for Research and Analyses, Sofia promotes and supports Bulgarian integration into the European research and education area. Priorities involve the support of youth to join informal learning initiatives, to gain new skills and adopt research or innovative careers. CRA is addressing sensitive social issues by engaging different actors and by using different innovation methods such as co-creation or design thinking.
CRA will mostly be involved in testing activities and tools for citizen engagement. For that, it will cooperate with local industries and technology partners to design and deliver a case study on the co-creation of KETs-based innovations tackling societal challenges. The results will be used to build SocKETs’ toolkit. CRA will also contribute to create an overview of the innovation local ecosystem by doing interviews and collecting best practices on co-creation.
As a science engagement organization, CRA will engage the general public with KET’s challenges and potentials by co-designing and displaying an exhibition based on its case study’s outputs and outcomes.
